To improve on your communication skills, here are some things you can improve on:

  1. Listening: This is beyond just hearing, it takes focus, attention and concentration to listen. When you actively listen, we expect you to provide feedback from what you heard from the speaker. Listening involves receiving the words, understanding it, evaluating, remembering and responding to what you heard.

Being empathic helps us communicate our ideas in a way that makes sense to others better when they communicate with us.
