It goes beyond what we say but how we say it, our body posture while saying it, our facial expressions, hand gestures, etc.

To improve on your communication skills, here are some things you can improve on:
- Listening: This is beyond just hearing, it takes focus, attention and concentration to listen. When you actively listen, we expect you to provide feedback from what you heard from the speaker. Listening involves receiving the words, understanding it, evaluating, remembering and responding to what you heard.
